Hipolit Cegielski Society understands all challenges of 21st century and since it was founded, pay special attention to Polish youth education problems and to provide optimal conditions for young minds intelectual potential to develop.

Our Polish youth is extremely eager for knowledge, is intelligent and ambitious. They proved many times, that they are able to reach for highest qualifications if only access to good schools and academies is granted. Their will to gain knowledge is confirmed by the fact of enormous growth of students in academies during last years.

However in conditions of market economy, knowledge, as every other product, has its price. Substantial capital investment is required to gain versatile knowledge. Tuition fees, academic literature, computer hardware and Internet access costs are far beyond many Polish students’ opportunities. Hence, thousands of young people do not have any chances to realize their intelectual aspirations and to acquire high professional qualifications.

This is why the whole Polish society, all institutions and non-governmental organizations should take actions at maximal effort in order to provide young Polish generation with appropriate conditions for development.

Wielkopolska, and especially Poznań, the capital of the region is one of the largest science and education centres in Poland and Europe. In academies of Wielkopolska and Poznań, we are able to find a great number of particular talents, and these are the talents that Hipolit Cegielski Society wishes to discover, support and promote.

The future of our country, its position in Europe and the world, welfare of Poland and its citizens now depends only on that new generation, its achievements and diligence, and on intelectual, social and technological achievements that can be offered to Poland and the world.

Acceleration of civilization processes in modern information era as well as global technological revolution require Polish society to modernize and accelerate educational processes and dynamic education progress.

In time, when artificial intelligence based machines are able to reproduce by themselves, when computer guided robots perform kardiosurgical open-heart operations, when hundreds of thousands of world computers connected by Internet network work simultaneously on invention of AIDS vaccine, human work and creativity undergo complete changes, becoming an intelectual and creative activity.

Even if such activity can be partially used nowadays, only those, who gained modern knowledge, who keep on honing their skills and qualifications, who are able to absorb the achievements of global science, will be able to realize it.

Driven by this conviction, Hipolit Cegielski Society calls ALL INDIVIDUALS, INSTITUTIONS, COMPANIES and ORGANIZATIONS:
